Subprocessors

Assistant Coach uses trusted service providers to run the product. These providers may process personal data only to deliver their services to us and must protect it under their contracts with us. We remain responsible for the providers we use to process data on our behalf.

Different provider roles

Some providers, particularly payment providers, may also act as independent data controllers for activities such as fraud prevention, regulatory checks, and payment-network operations. Their own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Changes to this list

We may update this list as the product changes. We will give affected coaches at least 30 days' notice before a material new or replacement subprocessor begins processing their client data, unless an urgent security or legal requirement makes that impractical.
